Paul founded Aria Land in 2004. As Aria’s Managing Director his principal activities are sourcing development opportunities and overseeing the company’s development management responsibilities.
Paul has over forty years’ experience in property and asset management throughout Australia and Asia. From 1991-2001, he was Managing Director of ten companies in Hong Kong employing over 4,000 staff, within Sun Hung Kai Properties, the world’s leading property developer.
From 2001-2003, Paul managed the Australasian investments of a private equity company.
Paul’s tertiary education includes law, business administration and completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Jeff Holloway is widely experienced with property development initiation, management and construction of commercial, residential and industrial property in Australia. He has over forty years’ experience in development activities, project management and major construction projects.
Jeff previously managed the national commercial development division of Multiplex and was responsible for all its mixed-use projects across Australia. In Perth he was responsible for the development of the KPMG building and the $1billion BHP Billiton tower (now known as Brookfield Place).
He was a director at CRI Australia in Sydney for six years and worked with Lend Lease Corporation for eighteen years on development and construction projects.
Jeff has been involved with over sixty major projects that have delivered more than a million square metres of new buildings across the country.
Tony Metcalf is directly responsible for the provision of Aria’s project management services. He’s involved in all aspects of delivering services and provides strategic advice, advice on contractual matters, cost control, programming, construction method alternatives, and procurement options.
An experienced senior project manager, Tony is a qualified quantity surveyor with 10 years of contracting and 20 years of project management experience. He provides a single point of accountability to ensure that the roles and responsibilities of project management are satisfactorily completed.
He’s particularly adept at managing complex projects with competing stakeholder requirements and is experienced at working in the public sector, understands government procurement policies and probity requirements.
