Jardin entails 38 residences and 1 commercial suite, over 6 levels.
Being located only 20m north of Aria Land’s Bloom project, the site similarly benefits from proximity to the Perth CBD, Swan River, QEII Medical Precinct and the UWA.
Jardin comprises a mix of 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed residences, ranging from 54sqm to 249sqm, and a ground-floor commercial suite.
Construction is scheduled to commence in April, 2024 and be completed by November, 2025.
The architects for the development are Hassell.
Jardin has an end-value of $61m.
Aria Land is co-developing the project with Melbourne-based Blueways Group.
