Jardin is the latest in Aria Land’s Nedlands residential development portfolio.
Jardin entails 60 residences and 1 commercial suite, over 7 levels.
Being located only 20m north of Aria Land’s Bloom project, the site similarly benefits from proximity to the Perth CBD, Swan River, QEII Medical Precinct and the UWA.
Jardin comprises a mix of studio, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed residences, ranging from 40sqm to 130sqm, and a ground-floor commercial suite.
Construction is scheduled to commence in September, 2025 and be completed by May, 2027.
The architects for the development are Hassell.
Jardin has an end-value of $67m.
Aria Land is co-developing the project with Melbourne-based Blueways Group.
