Bloom is the third of Aria Land’s Nedlands residential development portfolio, following from nearby Rivean and Hillway.
The project entails 60 residences and 1 commercial suite, over 7 levels.
Conveniently located close to the Perth CBD, Swan River, QEII Medical Precinct and the University of Western Australia.
Bloom comprises a broad mix of studios, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed residences, ranging from 40sqm to 130sqm, and a ground-floor commercial suite.
Construction is scheduled to be commence in August, 2025 and be completed by February, 2027.
The architects for the development are Hassell.
The development has an end-value of $66m.
Aria Land is co-developing the project with Melbourne-based Blueways Group.
