Echelon, South Perth
77 South Perth Esplanade, Echelon

  • Located at 77 South Perth Esplanade, Echelon is to be built on a site regarded as the prime riverfront residential development site in Perth.
  • The development will comprise a ground floor restaurant, featuring 5 metre ceilings, one floor of boutique office suites and 12 residences.
  • Being built over 9 levels, the building will be the first to exceed 4 levels on the South Perth foreshore under revised town planning provisions.
  • Architecture and construction is by Giorgi Exclusive, responsible for the 2014 Australian Apartment of the Year.
  • Each floor of the residential tower will comprise two residences, of 253sqm or 258sqm, commanding panoramic views of the Swan River and the Perth CBD.
  • Construction is scheduled for April 2017 to February 2019.
  • Echelon will have an end value of $80m.
  • Aria Land is the Development Manager for the project.

Ten Bellevue Terrace
10 Bellevue Terrace, West Perth

  • Ten Bellevue Terrace is an ultra-high end development being constructed at the premier residential address in Perth.
  • The development comprises only six residences, typically of 326sqm each.
  • The residences range in price from $9.30 million to $12.25 million, making the project the highest average priced home development in Australia.
  • Each whole floor residence will enjoy superb views over the Swan River, Perth CBD and King’s Park.
  • Construction is underway and is on schedule for completion in November, 2017.
  • Ten Bellevue Terrace will have an end value of $69 million.
  • Award-winning Giorgi Exclusive is the architect and builder.
  • Aria Land is the Development Manager for the project.

35 - 37 Bronte Street, East Perth

  • Perched atop East Perth’s highest point, Enclave’s 12 levels and 69 apartments will command expansive views over 20km of Perth’s hinterland, including the Swan River, CBD, WACA and across to the Darling Range.
  • The development comprises one, two and three bedroom apartments and a residents rooftop alfresco lounge and dining facility.
  • Construction is scheduled to commence in February, 2017.
  • Enclave will have an end value of $46 million.
  • Aria Land is the Development Manager for the project.


Completed Projects

1 Freshwater Parade, Claremont

  • Freshwater is located at the corner of Stirling Highway and Freshwater Parade, Claremont, in the heart of Perth's prestigious Western Suburbs.
  • The 5 level development comprises 70 residences and 10 office suites and enjoys expansive river views.
  • Construction commenced in August, 2013 and was completed in August, 2015.
  • Freshwater’s apartments were 95% pre-sold prior to construction commencement.
  • The development had an end value of $56 million.
  • Aria Land was an investor in and the Development Manager for the project.

The Moorings
Batavia Coast Marina, 285 Foreshore Drive, Geraldton

  • Aria Land was the developer and Development Manager for The Moorings, a luxury mixed-use development located on the boardwalk of the Batavia Coast Marina in Geraldton.
  • The development, which comprises 16 oversize luxury residences and 3 strata office suites over four levels, is recognised as Geraldton's premier address.
  • Each apartment enjoys spectacular views of the Batavia Coast Marina and the Indian Ocean beyond.
  • Construction commenced in March, 2009 and was completed in July, 2010.
  • The Moorings had an end value of $24 million.

West One
1303 Hay St, West Perth

  • Aria Land was the co-developer and Development Manager for West One.
  • West One was West Perth's first luxury high rise residential apartment development comprising 55 apartments, an al fresco café in a 9 level tower fronting Hay Street and 4 walk-up apartments and a home office in a 3 level building fronting Ventnor Avenue.
  • Located in the heart of West Perth's restaurant precinct and cappuccino strip, West One was completed in September, 2007.
  • West One, which had an end value of $31 million, sold out 12 months prior to completion.

Richmond Quarter
147 Canning Highway, East Fremantle

  • Aria Land acted as Development Manager for the owners of this six level mixed-use development on a prime 6,600sqm Canning Highway site in East Fremantle.
  • Richmond Quarter comprises over 120 apartments, office suites, retail lots, a boutique hotel, a rooftop wine bar and outdoor cinema, totalling over 11,400sqm of saleable area.
  • As Development Manager, Aria Land oversaw the preparation and approval of Richmond Quarter's Development Application, construction financing package and marketing campaign.
  • Construction commenced in October 2013 and was completed in December, 2015.
  • Richmond Quarter had an end value of $80 million.

48 Riversdale Road, Rivervale

  • Aria Land acted as Development Manager for a luxury high rise residential development to be located at the river's edge in The Springs in Rivervale.
  • The 2,100sqm Riversdale Road site is one of the few remaining north-facing riverfront development sites in Perth and boasts spectacular river and city views.
  • After considerable liaison with Landcorp, the City of Belmont and the Western Australian Planning Commission, Aria Land achieved a Development Application for the site?s owner for a 12 level tower providing thirty residences of 2 and 3 bedrooms.

5 Barrack Street, Perth

  • Aria Land acted as Development Manager for the owner of this site, located beside the Weld Club in the Perth CBD.
  • The high-end residential tower of 22 whole-floor residences was named Jardin, in reflection of the Government House gardens directly opposite.
  • Aria Land oversaw the preparation and achieved the approval of Jardin's Development Application.
